D-A-CH Co-operation on Smart Cities

The importance of multilateral research co-operations is growing within the European re-search area. Also the SET-Plan and the framework programme Horizon 2020 give special consideration to research co-operations between different countries. Germany, Switzerland and Austria are therefore planning a co-operation which is specifically focused on Smart Cit-ies. By signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Germany, Switzerland and Austria will have created a formal foundation for transnational cooperation.
